It's been awhile...

Well since the last time I posted, back in October a lot has happened. My birthday, My brother visiting, Thanksgiving, Christmas time, New Years & My son being born. :)


So lets start w/ my brother visiting. He came out for my birthday & only stayed the weekend. I wish he could have stayed longer.


We went to Hooters, Our special occasions restaurant. lol. & then Babies 'R' Us & he got us a crib for my baby shower!! It was an amazing weekend. I love my Big Little Brother.


For Thanksgiving we went to The Esparza house. Maria cooked an amazing meal & I brought my favorite, Green Bean casserole. (that my husband refuses to eat because it is made with Cream of Mushroom). A bunch of our friends came & it was a really fun day.


This was our 1st Christmas as husband & wife. :) It was a nice Christmas. We didn't do much. Just opened presents, hung out & had a nice steak dinner, that we cooked Together.

We also went to Johns work Christmas party.
It was a lot of fun. We hung out w/ friends & danced.


It was at the Trident Ballroom on NBK: Bangor. We tried to win in the raffle but that was a no go... even made John stay til 11 to see if we would. :) It was a nice night out. All of our friends went out after but being 7 months pregnant, we decided it would be better not to.


For New Years we went to Red Lobster for dinner and then to our friends house to watch the ball drop. We played board games & just hung out. I drank apple cider. :) It was a relaxing New Years nothing crazy.

As for my son being born that will be a whole new post. ;)

Our mini honeymoon...

DISNEYLAND!!!!The weekend after we got married @ the court house we decided to go on a mini honeymoon to Disneyland..I was so excited. Alli had hooked us up with an awesome room
@ Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa!! It was an amazing hotel & they were so good to us. What should have cost us $1200 cost us half the price. Alli told them that we were newly weds & the put flowers
on the bed & made Tux Strawberries.We got in late so we ended up just going to the bar & hanging out our first night!! The Next day was DISNEYLAND TIME...YAY!! I felt like a kid BUT loved it!!I don't think John was nearly as excited as I was...We walked around Main Street we stopped a singing quartet & they had us come up & John sang with them to me. lol. It was embarrassing especially since I was stuffing my face w/ Kettle corn.

We walked around & went to the Castle & saw some sights. We went on Space Mountain in Tomorrow Land & went over to Adventureland to go on Indiana Jones (my favorite ride), Jungle Cruise & Tarzan's Tree House!! At New Orelans Square we went on the Pirate's of the Caribbean ride. It's a really nice ride if you just need to cool down & take a break from all the action. :) Later that night we ate @ the Blue Bayou that is inside the ride, you can even see the restaurant when you are on the ride.

Tania came up with Tyler & they hung out with us for the rest of the day...We went to The Haunted Mansion, Some Buzz Light year action, the Blue Bayou for dinner &
then onto Toon town where we ended the day!!It was an amazing Mini Honeymoon...I got the Mickey hats w/ our names on it that I wanted & had a great time who could ask for a better honeymoon.

Scott & Jenelle's Wedding 06.05.10My sister & Scott got married in April of 2009 & had their big wedding this year. They had it at the Lutheran Church in San Diego, CA. Their reception was @ The Ocean View on Subbase Point Loma. I was the Matron of Honor! :]

It was a beautiful wedding...She had the cutest ring bearer (Emery) & flower girl (Maddy). Scotts Family came out From Michigan & our uncle Dan, aunt Gloria & Cousins Cherith & Nathan came from New York. She had us take a limo from the wedding ceremony to Balboa Park to take pictures. The photographers were awesome & the shots were perfect. We then took the limo to the reception hall. The bridesmaids & grooms were paired up to do their entrances & they were pretty funny. Then my sister was on the dance floor by herself & Usher's "OMG" came on & Scott comes walking out & singer to her & they do a little number. It was adorable.We then went to the reception for food, drinks, Speeches, cake cutting, bouquet & garter toss. It was a great night of family, friends & love!! It was once again an emotional night for the Clements clan!!

Our Wedding 03.20.2010
The night before the wedding we had the Dress Rehearsal @ our/parents house in Spring Valley. It was a really nice get together with family & Friends. We had finger foods & Hamburgers & Hot Dogs. It was just a really good start to the wedding weekend!! Thanks Mom & Dad!!

John was gone for most of the wedding planning...actually all of it. But 6 months of stress & craziness paid off. On March 20, 2010 we re-tied the knot with a big wedding. We got married @ the Harbor Inn on Subbase Point Loma in San Diego, Ca. It was a beautiful day & the ceremony over looked the water! We had a cruise ship go by & honk & a Prowler Plane flew over!! John's Mom & Grandma drove from Texas. My Best friend Chrystina flew out for the wedding with her adorable son Jacob. I even surprised John with his really good friend Cliff, coming out! My Aunt Joanne & cousins Anna & Ryan came all the way from New York which was super awesome. We had so many Faimily & Friends come out & celebrate with us. We had a country themed wedding, the whole wedding party was in cowboy boots!! Yee-haw. :)My sister, Jenelle, was my Matron of Honor & my Bridesmaids were Chrystina (my BF from HS), Chanda (my really good friend from InCahoots & School), Carley (Shes like a sister), Alli (My BF that I met right after I turned 21) & Renee (my good friend that I met through John). John's Best Friend, Robert was his Best man & his Groom's were Cliff (His BF from HS), Scott (Our Brother in Law), Kenny(My Brother), Jake & Josh (His good friends from work).

The reception was lots of good times. The food was super yummy, My sisters speech was emotional & Roberts well lets just say it hit a few chords. They were both super sweet!! We spent more intimate time with ppl to thank them for coming!!

We had our first dance to My Best Friend by Tim McGraw. My Father Daughter Dance was a bit of hysterics I cried the whole song. We danced to Daddy's Little Girl by . The DJ was awesome. He played lots of country music so that we could all line dance...& that we did. :) Even my mom & dad got into the mix & did the Cupid Shuffle with us. It was one big party! :)My sister;s friend Christy made our beautiful cake...It was one of my favorite things about the wedding. Ooo & Our cowboy cake topper topped it off. I loved the paisley & the green & pink matched the wedding perfect. Of course John couldn't let the cake cutting be just that...So we definitely smashed each others faces!! We went back to our hotel & they had a bar in it so we Post Partied!! It was lots of fun. People kept buying us drinks to congratulate us. & yes I rocked the wedding dress to the bar...I wanted to get my wear out of it. I love my dress!It was the perfect day & perfect wedding. So many ppl put time & effort into it & I am so thankful for their help & support. I love you guys!!

Bridal Shower Time

The day after my Bachelorette party we had the Bridal Shower...I would not recommend this. It was pretty much a dead day for all of us. How people do it the night before the wedding baffles me. My sister made John take me away so that she could get set up. We went to Target :] an hour later she called. It was great, I loved the decorations. They were the theme colors for our wedding Pink & Green. It was a nice relaxing day of hanging out with friends & winding down from the night before. We played some games & opened presents...I got some awesome stuff my sister themed it a kitchen & thank the Lord she did or I'd have an empty kitchen. (: Lots of my close friends showed up & it was nice to spend sometime with them!! Oh & Khloe had a blast with all the toilet paper from the wedding dress game. lol. It ended with mom, sister & me time. & the dogs were more exhausted then the rest of us...they had a long day of Khloe wanting to play with Chief & Chief wanting to get away from Khloe.

Chuckin it up...Bachlorette Party

So for my bachlorette party I decided that we were going to Chuck up the Deuce!! Which means we wore Chucks & went to a bar called the Double Deuce.

We pre-gamed @ Hotel Solamar. Sitting around with champagne & fruity mixes, just having some nice girl time before we went to dinner!
We headed over to RA, it's a Sushi Bar & Restaurant in downtown San Diego. I love there Teryaki Chicken. Yum!We had a few drinks & hung out until we headed to our final destination...The Deuce. It's a Country/Rock Bar. It is probably 1 of my favorite places to go! We got in free & got a free bottle of champagne...Poppin Bottles.
My Sister talked me into riding the Bull...Yeah I showed him who was boss. lol.
There were no crazy Bachelorette Party antics it was an awesome girls night out with my sister & some of my closest friends. I would have to say it was some of the most fun I've ever had!! My sister did an amazing job & I love her dearly.
That's all I really have to say, what more can you say about a Girls night out!! ;]
Yeah Kate, Kara & Jenelle definitely had late night cravings!!
