Our Wedding 03.20.2010

The night before the wedding we had the Dress Rehearsal @ our/parents house in Spring Valley. It was a really nice get together with family & Friends. We had finger foods & Hamburgers & Hot Dogs. It was just a really good start to the wedding weekend!! Thanks Mom & Dad!!

John was gone for most of the wedding planning...actually all of it. But 6 months of stress & craziness paid off. On March 20, 2010 we re-tied the knot with a big wedding. We got married @ the Harbor Inn on Subbase Point Loma in San Diego, Ca. It was a beautiful day & the ceremony over looked the water! We had a cruise ship go by & honk & a Prowler Plane flew over!! John's Mom & Grandma drove from Texas. My Best friend Chrystina flew out for the wedding with her adorable son Jacob. I even surprised John with his really good friend Cliff, coming out! My Aunt Joanne & cousins Anna & Ryan came all the way from New York which was super awesome. We had so many Faimily & Friends come out & celebrate with us. We had a country themed wedding, the whole wedding party was in cowboy boots!! Yee-haw. :)

My sister, Jenelle, was my Matron of Honor & my Bridesmaids were Chrystina (my BF from HS), Chanda (my really good friend from InCahoots & School), Carley (Shes like a sister), Alli (My BF that I met right after I turned 21) & Renee (my good friend that I met through John). John's Best Friend, Robert was his Best man & his Groom's were Cliff (His BF from HS), Scott (Our Brother in Law), Kenny(My Brother), Jake & Josh (His good friends from work).

The reception was lots of good times. The food was super yummy, My sisters speech was emotional & Roberts well lets just say it hit a few chords. They were both super sweet!! We spent more intimate time with ppl to thank them for coming!!

We had our first dance to My Best Friend by Tim McGraw. My Father Daughter Dance was a bit of hysterics I cried the whole song. We danced to Daddy's Little Girl by . The DJ was awesome. He played lots of country music so that we could all line dance...& that we did. :) Even my mom & dad got into the mix & did the Cupid Shuffle with us. It was one big party! :)

My sister;s friend Christy made our beautiful cake...It was one of my favorite things about the wedding. Ooo & Our cowboy cake topper topped it off. I loved the paisley & the green & pink matched the wedding perfect. Of course John couldn't let the cake cutting be just that...So we definitely smashed each others faces!!

We went back to our hotel & they had a bar in it so we Post Partied!! It was lots of fun. People kept buying us drinks to congratulate us. & yes I rocked the wedding dress to the bar...I wanted to get my wear out of it. I love my dress!
